Sexual Harassment Response Scenario Part 4.1

Scenario: 

As a result of Tom’s continual harassment and their supervisor’s lack of action, Becca decides to take Jame’s advice and file a complaint both with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

As a result, she is provided with a lawyer who files a lawsuit in which Becca may be compensated for emotional distress, lost compensation, punitive fees, and attorney’s fees.
